PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.

OTHER INFO

Requests for change of address must be made directly with Paradiso Skin via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped. We will do our best to action this request prior to your item being shipped but can’t guarantee the change.

Paradiso Skin will not be held responsible for any loss or miss delivered parcels. 

RETURNS

At Paradiso Skin customer satisfaction is our priority. 

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied on our website.

Items must be returned in their original condition, include all the original packaging and will be at your own expense. No refund can be made for products that have been used.

We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
