Hyaluronic acid is a sugar that is naturally produced by the body. Found in high concentrations within the skin, hyaluronic acid is responsible for the skin’s plumpness and volume. Essential for maintaining the skin’s moisture balance, hyaluronic acid also helps smooth skin texture. The skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid declines with age, which is why it’s important to supplement the skin with skincare products that contain this ingredient.

DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) is the active ingredient in self tanning products. It is a sugar molecule that reacts to the amino acids on the surface of the skin. The level of DHA controls how dark and natural the colour looks.

We recommend re-applying every 3-4 days depending on your desired colour. 

Yes, after 3 minutes the product should soak into your skin and feel dry to the touch. Following this you can apply other products such as SPF, moisturiser or foundation on top.

Our products are made up of some naturally derived ingredients, however the Gradual Face Tan Water contains fragrance so is not 100% natural. The Self Tanning Foam has no added fragrance.

No, it will not protect you from UV exposure. We recommend that you apply SPF on top. Just make sure to allow for the product to dry before applying SPF or other products.

Our products have natural properties, including 100% DHA, however if you are prone to skin sensitivity we always recommend doing a patch test on the skin first.

It is typically only the top layer of the skin that’s affected by DHA, and shouldn't have any harmful effects while pregnant. If you’re unsure, it’s always best to double-check with your doctor. To be extra cautious we recommend covering your mouth, nose and eyes when applying to prevent inhaling the products. 

If you thought piña colada, you were right! Our product contains notes of pineapple and coconut that will transport you to paradise with every spritz.

🌴 For best results, wax/shave and exfoliate 24-48 hours before tanning.
🌴 Apply to clean, dry skin, free from perfume or deodorant.
🌴 Moisturize dry areas (elbows, knees, ankles) before application.
🌴 Pump foam onto a tanning mitt and blend in circular motions, using sparingly on dry areas.
🌴 Wait before rinsing for desired results:
    *2 hours = light
    *3-4 hours = medium
    *5+hours = dark (If you want to be a super bronzed babe you can bake overnight in our foam) 
🌴 Rinse with lukewarm water only until the water runs clear. Pat dry—do not rub.
🌴 Avoid moisturiser for 24 hours for the deepest tan.

No, you only need to wet it with warm water and the soft fibres will help to remove dirt particles and tan residue without irritating your skin.

Use a cleansing soap and gently rub out any dirt. Rinse all the soap from the fibres and make sure any excess water is squeezed out. Then hang somewhere to ventilate and dry.
